Learning and subscription terms

The service
Angus James Goldsmith provides a Ukrainian learning app for individual adults. You can save your own vocabulary and passages and practise them using flashcards, grammar exercises and pronunciation. AI-generated translations and feedback can contain mistakes; review material before relying on it.
Keep your account private, use the service lawfully and upload only material you have permission to use. You retain rights to the material you provide. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate the features you request.
Pilot and subscriptions
The invitation-only pilot does not take payment. The proposed paid-beta plan is £14.99 per month, including applicable UK tax, for one learner. The actual total and renewal details will be shown before you pay. There is no annual commitment.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. AI features have a metered allowance; the account page explains your current access and usage. The allowance covers provider processing costs rather than a guaranteed number of answers. Unused allowance does not roll over and cannot be exchanged for money. Saved material and hand-authored case practice remain available when an AI allowance runs out.
Any introductory trial is limited, requires no payment details and does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. You must choose a subscription and complete checkout yourself.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
When billing opens, Paddle will be the merchant of record and seller for your purchase. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply to checkout and payment.
You can manage or cancel renewal from Account through Paddle’s customer portal. Ordinary cancellation ends renewal and access continues until the paid period ends. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and removes your learning data. Deletion does not itself request a refund.
For refunds, billing disputes or statutory withdrawal requests, use Paddle buyer support or contact us. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms. The checkout must provide any required cancellation information and consent before immediate service begins.
Changes and support
The pilot is still being tested. We may pause AI features for outages, abuse prevention or the published budget limit. We will communicate material service or pricing changes before they affect a future paid period. Contact us if a fault prevents you using a paid service.
